Other names, logos, trademarks and intellectual property displayed through the Services remain the property of their respective owners.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

We may not monitor or control these third-party tools.

tipkind is powered by Shopify, which provides technology and infrastructure used to operate our online store.

However, unless otherwise expressly stated, purchases made through tipkind.shop are transactions between you and tipkind, not Shopify.

Shopify is not the seller of products offered by tipkind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shopify is not responsible for tipkind products, fulfilment, customer service or obligations arising directly from transactions between you and tipkind.

Nothing in this section limits any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
